Did a 13-miler today from the Ford Pkwy bridge up the river road, to Franklin, and back down the river road on the east side and back home. Great ride! I got clips last weekend and they are sweeeeeeeet! I feel a little like Lance Armstrong! Mike and I are doing the mini-triathlon in Woony-ville this weekend...let's hope for a good result!
